The Stour District Nursing team in Christchurch is looking for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join their team. Applicants can be newly qualified or experienced, as full training and support will be offered. We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals who wish to provide high-standard nursing care to people in their own homes.
The successful individual must be able to drive and have access to a car.
Applications from candidates that require current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible to apply for this position.
The role includes wound care, palliative care, IV drug administration, medication/injection administration, diabetes management, and many other diverse skills.
The role is full-time. There will be an expectation for the successful candidates to work weekends, late shifts, and bank holidays pro-rata. Our late shift covers until 8 PM.
With excellent links to local universities, the training and development we are able to offer is first-class, allowing rapid upskilling and support with new skills. Newly qualified staff will have access to a preceptorship program and a specific clinical upskilling program to support their transition from student to RGN.
