This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant / Receptionist to join our small Facilities team based at Your Housing Group’s 30,000 sq ft Head Office, Youggle House, situated in Birchwood, Warrington. It is a great time to be joining our friendly Facilities team. You will experience a varied and customer focused role and contribute to creating a fantastic working environment in a modern, vibrant Head Office facility. We are looking for you to provide front of house reception services along with essential post, administrative and housekeeping support. You will have excellent communication skills and a passion for giving excellent customer service. What will my working week look like? You will work 8am to 4pm or 9.30am to 5.30pm every third week on a rota basis. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a willingness to be flexible over these shift patterns, for example when other team members are on holiday or when specific needs of the business arise. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, as one of our Facilities Assistants / Receptionists you will support the effective delivery of Head Office building services to all Your Housing Group staff and visitors, ensuring they have access to everything they need during their visit to Youggle House. One of the great things about this role is the variety. You will be providing front of house reception services to colleagues and visitors, including Your Housing Group customers. You will also be dealing with the incoming and outgoing mail, ordering goods and services, preparing meeting rooms and generally ensuring that the highest possible standards of cleanliness, housekeeping and building security are maintained across the building. There is an element of manual handling associated with this role, helping for example to move tables and chairs within meeting rooms and when taking receipt of deliveries.
