Training and Onboarding:

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed business targets regularly
* Manage valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways and ROSIE software
* Proactively communicate and follow up on valuation opportunities
* Implement structured canvassing strategies, including door knocking and social media outreach
* Engage in local prospecting activities and build your personal brand
* Handle inbound calls and manage leads effectively
* Secure customer reviews to enhance brand reputation
