Team Standards Coordinator
Duration: Initially 3 months
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £20 umbrella an hour (£16.10 PAYE an hour)
Southampton City Council are looking for a Team Standards Coordinator to join their Children's Services.
Responsibilities:
1. Organise systems for planning, monitoring and tracking key statutory activities to ensure full team compliance with statutory responsibilities and expected key activities.
2. Support information gathering and responses to complaints, alerts and FOI requests to ensure the team is acting in accordance with its published procedures and statutory timescales.
3. Ensure that all casework information is recorded accurately and fully.
4. Ensure quality and accuracy of recordings within Case Management systems.
Requirements:
1. High level of Education (A Level).
2. Excellent IT knowledge and applied skills in an office environment.
3. Experience in using MS Office including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word etc.
4. Proven experience of being proactive and solutions orientated.
5. Experience of working in an environment of tight deadlines.
6. Confident in minute taking at complex meetings.
