About the Role
As a Learning Support Worker, you will:
* Support young people to access the InFocus further education curriculum, designed to help them gain independence and life skills.
* Provide highly personalised support, responding to each individual's needs, wishes, and aspirations.
* Assist with personal care and medical needs while ensuring dignity and respect.
* Work as part of a close-knit college team alongside therapists, nurses, and mobility specialists.
We provide a comprehensive induction and training programme to ensure you feel confident in your role from day one.

Working Pattern
* Monday: 8:45 am – 4:30 pm
* Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
* Term-time only (38 weeks per year)
