What you’ll do:
1. Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
2. Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
3. Working with the FOH team to drive service excellence
4. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
5. Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
1. NVQ lv 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment
2. Basic IT skills
3. Experience in menu production and confident input
4. Exposure to bulk cooking
5. The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description
1. 37.5 hours per week
2. £11.67 per hour
3. Any 5 days out of 7
4. Shifts between 06:30-20:00
5. Full uniform supplied
6. Full training provided
7. Annual leave April - April 20 days per calendar year which increases with service
