German and French Teacher – January 2025 Start – Broadstairs
Are you a talented and versatile Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher with a passion for both German and French? We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Broadstairs, starting January 2025.
About the Role:
This is a full-time teaching position, suitable for an enthusiastic teacher capable of delivering engaging German and French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both languages, inspire students to develop their linguistic skills, and cultivate a love for languages and cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons in German and French in line with the national curriculum.
Monitor and assess students’ progress, ensuring all pupils reach their potential.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and engagement.
Contribute to the school’s MFL department and collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
Inspire a passion for languages through creative and interactive teaching methods.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching German and French.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Excellent subject knowledge in both German and French.
Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
