The primary focus of this role is to provide unwavering support across the operations department. In return, they proudly offer a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home on a Monday and Friday, along with a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £29,000, commensurate with experience.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Streamlining client onboarding and managing client data
2. Overseeing client cash receipts and payments for all clients
3. Handling dividends and corporate action processing
4. Managing contracts and settlements, including liaison with other professionals and colleagues
5. Ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance obligations
6. Maintaining meticulous controls and records
Skills and Qualifications:
1. A Level standard
2. Prior experience in financial services, particularly in investment management (desirable)
3. A comprehensive understanding of relevant FCA regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
4. Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness at prioritizing workload
5. Outstanding communication skills to optimize procedures within the team
