Job summary At gtd healthcare, our People Services (HR) Team has grown year on year, and in order to continue providing an excellent people service to our business, we are looking to recruit a Senior People Advisor on a fixed term contract. The senior people advisor is a temporary addition to the people operations function to provide short term support. The Senior People Advisor will report into the People Business Partners and will be responsible for providing advanced people operations support to the business, covering end to end processes such as employee relations, organisational change and absence management. Main duties of the job Provide excellent advice and guidance to employees & line managers on day-to-day people issues in line with Company policies and procedures. Autonomously manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, and grievance. This will include advising on the process, attending and taking notes at meetings and ensuring that consistent outcomes are given at all meetings where possible. Oversee the effective management of sickness absence cases by advising and supporting in accordance with absence management policies and the Equality Act, liaising as appropriate with Occupational Health and attending meetings as required.
