Day-to-day of the role:
* Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from initiation to completion.
* Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, understandable, and professional manner.
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
* Conducting research and handling legal inquiries related to residential property.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to residential conveyancing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Must be a qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
