Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring it meets the standards expected from a corporate parent. Case Management: Provide comprehensive oversight of all cases, ensuring the delivery team meets all service requirements. Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management and support plans that are comprehensive and compliant with organisational policies. Referral Management: Oversee and coordinate new referrals, focusing on creating immediate placement stability. File Management: Ensure all case files are audit-ready and maintained to a high standard. Partnership and Advocacy: Work closely with statutory bodies, attend relevant meetings, and advocate for a psychologically informed environment. Relationship Building: Establish strong, trusting relationships with young people and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
