Do you have the experience and skill set for the role of a Special Educational Sports Coach? This amazing opportunity has arrived and will require you to have a unique skill set and to be passionate and hard-working. We are looking for someone who wants to make a positive difference in children's lives every day.
Here at Career Teachers, we are working with several primary schools in Sheffield who are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and committed SEN TAs to join them on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.
To be considered for this role you will need to:
* Have patience, as SEN pupils are likely to take longer than other pupils to understand something or complete a task.
* Have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, particularly EBD, SEMH, or ADHD.
* Hold an up-to-date Enhanced DBS, preferably on the update service.
* Possess excellent verbal and written skills.
* Have previous experience working in a similar role within a mainstream primary school setting.
* Be confident in managing challenging behaviours.
* Be adaptable and nurturing with a positive demeanour.
* Have the ability to maintain effective and trusting relationships.
* Always remain positive and give plenty of praise.
