Quality Assurance (QA) Associate - Havant
We have a fabulous opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our team based in Havant. You will support regulatory and 3rd party certifications related to LM's presence on various sites.
In the early stages of your quality career, you'll learn LM's processes and support customers such as UK MoD programmes across LAND, SEA (including sub-surface), AIR, and now Space.
Key Activities include:
1. Quality assurance of various programmes across LM UK RMS as required.
2. Assist with inspection and acceptance of modifications and upgrades on equipment.
3. Support QA across the CADMID/T cycle where needed.
4. Assist in planning and supporting internal and external audits (customer, regulatory, certification bodies).
5. Assist with auditing and approval of suppliers.
You will also learn to provide QA oversight for equipment release signatories, assist with root cause analysis, process improvements, supply chain monitoring, and subcontractor audits.

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience with AS9100 (preferred) or ISO9001, 2000, 27001, TickITplus; internal auditor qualification is beneficial.
* Degree or equivalent qualification, or recognized engineering qualification (apprenticeship, armed forces experience).
* Awareness of Root Cause Analysis.
* Ability to work in a small team and achieve SC security clearance.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Experience supporting management meetings.
* Ability to work flexibly in demanding environments.
* Awareness of Quality Management Systems.
* Military experience is a benefit.
