As the HR assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and the entire organisation. You’ll handle a range of administrative tasks, collaborate with managers for seamless recruitment and onboarding, and maintain the systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date master people data.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Assistant:
* Be the central point of contact for all recruitment processes, from advertising and screening to arranging interviews and producing contracts.
* Manage the onboarding process with line managers, ensuring all equipment and workwear are ready, day-one activities are arranged, and probation activities are completed.
* Handle all administrative tasks, including offboarding processes and maintaining People systems data.
* Update People policies under the guidance of HR Manager.
* Support People engagement activities, facilitate events, service milestones, and other corporate activities.
* Support internal communication efforts.
Experience for the HR Assistant:
* At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, including onboarding.
* Familiar with recruitment processes and associated legal requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Proficient with MS Office suite.
* Ability to identify and deliver process improvements.
