The fine dining restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine.
Duties and Responsibilities – Assistant Bar Manager
• Assisting the Bars Manager, in supervising and ensuring a smooth operation of the assigned F&B areas, front and back of the house.
• Responsible for ensuring the restaurant and bar staff have the necessary knowledge, understanding and training, specific to the needs of the bars.
• Providing every guest receives individual/personalised service, recognition and assistance, ensuring each guest receives satisfaction.
• Creating an environment where all guests and staff are happy and motivated.
• Obtaining feedback from guests.
• Coming up with innovative and cost-effective ideas, to generate revenues and to reach/exceed outlet budget and profitability.
Skills & Experience -
1. Previous Hotel Restaurant experience at Supervisory level is advantageous.
2. An absolute commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
3. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
4. Flexible and versatile in responding to guest requests and situation.
