Looking for the place where you can belong? Join MHR and help us shape the world of work. We are seeking a Product Manager for iTrent, MHR's leading HR, Payroll, and Finance software. In this role, you will research industry trends in HR, Payroll, Finance, Data Analytics, and AI to help shape product strategy. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and the engineering and UX teams to define and prioritise solutions, creating user-friendly experiences that address real business needs and offer competitive advantages. Key responsibilities include managing the product roadmap, refining the backlog, and ensuring features are efficiently developed in alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with marketing to create go-to-market kits and promote new features, supporting business readiness with training materials, user guides, and impact analyses. As an advocate for iTrent, you'll promote new features and integrations that deliver value to customers while driving ROI for MHR. You will also work with the Research team to evaluate new technological trends and ensure innovative features are integrated into the product. To succeed you’ll need strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to balance technical feasibility with business and customer needs.
