Develop and deliver a programme which enables the ICB to meet the responsibilities regarding the legal rights to have personal health budgets.Leading and contributing to the quality and safeguarding agenda. Ensuring that care commissioned by the ICB is safe, of high quality and meets the needs of the individual and provides best value through effective and efficient commissioning processes. Participating in and ensuring that all of the NHS CHC workforce are aware of and fulfil their responsibilities for the National Framework for NHS CHC and NHS fNC(2022) and all appropriate legislation and guidance such as, the Mental Capacity Act, The Human Rights Act, Care Act and Safeguarding Adults & Children Legislation.Developing and leading workshops, training programmes and meetings with partners and wider communities in line with areas of responsibility.Produce reports summarising status on issues, outcomes and progress. Collate qualitative and quantitative information as required. Analyse, interpret and present highly complex data to highlight issues, risks and support decision making. Research best practice and evidence base for areas of responsibility to support transformation and delivery to meet population needs.Use this best practice to influence other agencies and professionals to work collaboratively to change pathways to improve models of care for vulnerable and complex individuals.Initiate complex audits, surveys related to programme.Explore opportunities to develop research programmes within this field and to improve health outcomes.Promote the use of new technologies in developing sustainable and resilient services.
