R&D Capability Development Industrial Placement : Key Responsibilities: Programme support: Creation and maintenance of new and existing global R&D capability programmes and initiatives Promotional activities: Motivate and support global R&D colleagues by amplifying visibility, supporting access & navigation, creating & cascading engaging promotional material using a variety of communication channels Culture and engagement: Generate, facilitate and support events to promote curiosity and individual agency in learning and career development, including webinars, podcasts, networking, and marketing campaigns. Data analysis and governance: maintain data and information to provide meaningful analysis on key people and performance metrics. Working across business teams and R&D functional areas supporting key initiatives such as transformational capability programmes. We’re the people changing the future of everyday health. Education Requirements : You must currently be studying for your Undergraduate Degree in: A Business or Management discipline preferred, Science-based degrees also welcome. If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree you must be in your 2 nd year of study (England) or 3 rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
