We have an opportunity available for a Registered Manager to join the team at Bluebell Lane based in Huyton Knowsley Liverpool L36 7XY.
The team provides a 24 service for people with a mental health diagnosis and will support people in crisis short term for up to 2 years to a point where they can move on. The service also provides a crisis emergency bed.
Salary: £40,535 per annum

Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in overseeing the service, ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional care to our service users, and being responsible for coming up with new and creative ideas to improve our service.
You will be responsible for providing a person-centred service for people with severe and enduring complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and other associated disabilities, including behaviours that challenge.
We are looking for someone with a compassionate nature, who is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will need to have the ability to adapt your approach to each person we support, always ensuring they are well taken care of and dreaming big for their future. You will need to have the courage to take calculated risks and possess a continuous learning mindset.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a Level 5 Diploma in health & social care (or the willingness to work towards it in an agreed timeframe) and have previous experience of leading a team in a similar care setting.
On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
