As the Marketing Controller for Flavouring Billions of Water Occasions (FBWO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy to drive transformational growth in this exciting opportunity. You will lead an FBWO Squad, setting the strategy and leading in an agile way to bring key initiatives to market across our Business Units. Your role will be to identify transformational opportunities, deliver step-change thinking, and ensure key growth initiatives are embedded in our Annual Operating Plans.
* A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in leading transformational thinking and launching new products in the FMCG industry.
* Experience working with end consumers and consumer insights/data, preferably within the Food and Beverage industry.
* Strong record of delivering results, identifying breakthrough opportunities for channel and brand growth that have driven real value in the market.
* Business-oriented mindset with the ability and experience to set and maintain departmental/product budgets.
* Understanding of lean start-up principles, tools, and techniques, and experience in agile project, program, and portfolio management and execution.
* Proven ability to inspire people and drive delivery and accountability with a squad based in different locations.
* Experience in ideation, co-creation, proposition development, and refining compelling propositions.
* Developing customer value propositions incorporating customer feedback to deliver customer-centric propositions.
* Experience in business case development and managing the process for investment approval.
* High level of Brand P&L value management experience, able to demonstrate good commercial judgment to maximize brand profitability and enhance margin.
