Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in the West Midlands. This project is expected to run for three weeks and is due to start on the 15th of January.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensuring they are working productively and to a high standard.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
4. Maintain project timelines, budgets and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience managing retail fit-out projects.
2. CSCS Card.
3. First Aid at Work.
4. SMSTS.
5. Joinery/Carpentry background.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
