Role Overview
This position involves working as a teaching assistant for students with special educational needs (SEN).
As part of our team at Randstad, you will be supporting students in their educational journey, working closely with teachers to ensure a smooth learning experience.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children or young people with additional care needs and be able to provide the necessary support to enable pupils to access the curriculum.

* Support pupils with challenging behaviors
* Prepare resources and equipment for lessons
* Assist with some of the pupils' additional care needs
* Ensure pupils are safeguarded and supported
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
* Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
* 2 recent professional references
* Team Teach trained or willingness to attend training
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of staff, providing support to students with special educational needs.
