This is an exciting time for Jet Aire, as we have a Commercial Administrator role available based at our Hebburn depot.
You should be highly proficient in Excel and capable of handling various data sets.
As our commercial administrator, you will assist in reporting on commercial and operational performance for the Northeast Office by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing feedback to the Senior Management Team. You should aim to improve current processes and introduce efficiencies to help the company remain competitive.
More about the role:
* Integrate daily job completion reports, create daily valuation sheets, upload job sheets to clients, perform pricing valuations, and enter data into clients' systems for submission.
* Manage correspondence within the Commercial Department and handle inquiries appropriately.
* Analyze daily job completion data and generate weekly reports on commercial performance, presenting findings at team meetings.
* Investigate pricing queries from clients and ensure prompt responses, monitoring trends for potential improvements in systems and processes.
* Provide commercial support to managers and communicate with team members and engineers as needed.
About you:
* Experience in finance or accounts is advantageous.
* Skilled in working with data.
* Proactive with a commercial mindset.
* Capable of presenting meaningful data effectively.
