This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. In this role, you will be part of the Sales and Business Development team, focusing on proactively identifying, developing, and driving opportunities for business growth. This role will involve a mix of inbound and outbound sales activity, relationship management, and the development of new business. The Role: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers. Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand business. Engage with customers to increase spend and generate new opportunities. Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to ensure ongoing account management. Daily use of IT systems to ensure sales processes and records are accurate. Present company products and solutions over the phone to key decision-makers. Prepare and send quotes and proposals to customers. Achieve sales targets in line with company promotions and marketing campaigns. Showcase the portfolio to customers in the Design Centre. The Person: Passionate about the brand and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude. Driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent relationship-building skills and experience delivering to targets. Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines. Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Essential Requirements: 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent), including Grade C in English and Maths. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role in a high-volume business. Strong numerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
