Fertility Specialists of Western Australia (FSWA) is seeking a dedicated, pragmatic and engaging Lab Supervisor to lead and manage our Laboratory team in Applecross.

Desired Skills and Experience
Your Role:
As a Lab Supervisor, your role will be to lead, manage, and support the laboratory team in conjunction with the running, productivity, and efficiency of the lab. You’ll be responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the lab requirements, ensuring that your staff feel supported and safe while at work. You will be supported in your role by a Scientific Director.
Qualifications and skills we value:
* Proficiency in IVF laboratory procedures.
* Experience in Automated Workflows, Databases, and Devices.
* In-depth understanding of ART technologies and RTAC and regulatory requirements.
* Good understanding of IVF Cycle types.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Implementation of change management.
* Advanced leadership and supervisory skills.
* Versatility and adaptability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
In addition to the above, we also require:
* Master’s degree or Postgraduate diploma from an accredited institution demonstrating a broadly-based scientific experience in reproductive biology, with expertise and/or specialised training in the physiology of reproduction, cell biology, and biochemistry.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IVF Industry.
* Membership of a professional body.
* Driver's license.
