It is a multi-year program established to design an efficient solution for CBRE to record, reconcile, settle and monitor global intercompany activities. The successful candidate will be experienced in large-scale Finance transformation program management and excels in an environment of fast-paced change in a global matrixed organisation. The ability to think critically, plan and execute effectively while collaborating across teams and locations globally will be critical to the success in this role. Must be a self-starter, an excellent team player and have the ability to perform PM and PMO duties. The role is a full-time fixed term contract with hybrid working and will report into the overall Controllership Business Lead. Key Responsibilities - Provide oversight and governance across project timelines, resources and deliverables to meet program scope and objectives - Proactively identify, monitor, manage, communicate and document RAID items, escalations and dependencies with transparency - Manage, monitor and own project infrastructure including updating project plans for each workstream, dashboard reporting, milestone tracking and risk logs, ensuring deliverables are clearly and accurately mapped out to enable effective execution - Manage, monitor and report out on workstream deliverables to various stakeholders, including KPI dashboards, executive reporting, project status updates etc. - Collaborate across workstreams and resources to create transparency and synergies, including integration with the Change Manager on relevant change-related activities - Manage and maintain documentation storage, Teams site and Global Sharepoint site - Co-ordinate and run project management weekly updates for all workstreams - Support workstreams to ensure they proactively manage priorities and resourcing needs - Assist with organisation/admin tasks where needed to ensure smooth delivery - we are looking for a hands-on individual who is proactive and willing to contribute to all aspects of the program (including stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, training sessions etc.) - Facilitate and present at governance forums to ensure timely and meaningful agendas, transparent reporting, effective decision making, and documentation of decisions and action items - Prepare content and agenda for various governance forums (eg. Steerco, DAB) - Support the Business Lead in ensuring governance is upheld appropriately relating to changes in scope, deliverables, timelines, and risks are reported timely with mitigation paths defined - Effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders Person Specification/Requirements - Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) in a related field of work with a minimum of 7 years' experience in Project Management and/or Project Management Office delivery roles - PMP / PRINCE 2 certification preferred. - Experience of managing large-scale or complex global programs - Must have experience in a global multi-national company - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - Highly organised, manage and prioritise critical deadlines, with ability to provide timely, reliable and transparent information to stakeholders - Ability to collect, analyse and summarise information into key themes concisely, with excellent attention to detail - Ability to collaborate, build consensus and influence people across different levels of the organisation - Self-motivated, proactive, strong work ethic and able to work with minimal supervision - Thrives in a team environment and is very hands-on Working at CBRE When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mind-set is encouraged.
