Job Title: Account Executive – B2B SaaS Sales

In this role, you will drive business development, generate new opportunities, and foster key relationships with stakeholders across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
* Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demos to contract negotiations and closing deals.
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to consistently achieve sales targets.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives and department heads.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strategically position our solutions.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in B2B SaaS or software sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and close high-value deals, consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals effectively.
* Comfortable discussing technical solutions and understanding customer pain points.
* Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and pipelines.
