Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will work closely with key stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate modern blended learning experiences. Your main focus will be on creating onboarding and continuous development programmes for our rapidly growing AutoLend and US operations teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with the wider L&D team to develop and implement modern learning experiences on a variety of topics, including vulnerability, product development, new technologies, and updates to processes and procedures. We're seeking someone who can create captivating and modern learning experiences that not only boost performance and workforce capability but also spark engagement and growth. You’ll be a key part in the delivery of the L&D roadmap, ensuring that quality and excellence resonate throughout Lendable. We’re looking for a creative self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and can comfortably engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and craft solutions that align with our strategic goals. This is a hands-on L&D role, we want someone who is willing to be deeply involved with designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that really transform performance. What are some things we’re looking for? A minimum of 3 years in L&D with a proven history of designing and delivering blended learning experiences that truly impact, with at least some of that in a Financial Services setting. Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills to develop teams and individuals for new and existing programs. A knack for leveraging technology beyond PowerPoint, using tools like AI to revolutionise our learning delivery. Experience in researching, designing, and piloting new initiatives, covering everything from new product launches to compliance and ongoing skills development. Proven experience in managing learning projects end-to-end, with strategic planning and timely execution. Comfort with data analysis, using insights to refine what we do and how we do it. A dynamic multitasker who is engaging, personable, and ready for challenges. Someone eager for feedback on all their work—our L&D team values idea-sharing, so be ready to give and receive constructive input on everything we create. Experience with Learning Management Systems is a bonus too. What will you be doing? Some of the key things you’ll be involved in will include: Leading impactful learning workshops initially for our Ops teams, from onboarding to ongoing development. Designing diverse learning resources—whether it's crafting workshops, building e-learning courses, producing films, or utilising AI tools. Owning the design and delivery of multiple learning projects. Collaborating with Ops leadership to ensure effective and meaningful learning experiences.
