If you're passionate about e-commerce, customer acquisition, and marketplace growth strategies, this is the role for you What you’ll be doing as their Marketplace Manager: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention on the marketplace. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and drive business results. Create a roadmap for marketplace expansion over the next 12 months, focusing on key growth initiatives and opportunities. Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure you’re offering the best products and marketplace performance.
