The successful candidate will be a skilled structural engineer with at least six years of experience, proven expertise in running projects, and a track record of managing design teams. What You Need To Succeed A minimum of six years structural engineering design experience with a UK consultancy. Strong project management skills and experience leading design teams. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, or ETABS). A deep understanding of British Standards and Eurocodes. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders. An eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential). MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
