We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to join our busy team, in which the successful candidate will play a critical role in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews and the growth and success of the business. Always putting the candidate first, you will need to be able to build strong relationships, managing recruitment campaigns and driving recruitment activity. Based in Newcastle, your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. You will be required to travel to other sites as required. The Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator will be responsible for resourcing suitable candidates via various job board platforms and further to identifying, screening and shortlisting, they will then arrange for the candidate to attend a face to face interview and completing full right to work checks.
