The Place Directorate of Salford City Council is based in Swinton, within the Salford district of Greater Manchester, employing staff in a wide range of integrated professional support services solutions. Capabilities include a full range of property surveying and management disciplines, full design and cost control services, extensive highways and civil engineering design capability plus town planning, development control and policy services. About the role
This role is for a Mechanical Services Surveyor and they will be responsible for service delivery to a wide range of clients in designing solutions in council’s building portfolio. Responsibilities revolve mainly around the delivery of service, maintenance and repair provisions as well as design and delivery of refurbishment and replacement projects in mechanical building services.
