Integrated Interest are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the team as a Level 4 Software Development Apprentice. Integrated Interest ('ii') are a technology company specialising in digital marketing solutions. Their platform offers 2-way CRM integration, automated email marketing, and managed marketing services, helping businesses streamline operations and improve customer engagement. This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to develop software skills while working with innovative marketing technology.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in software development, with a solid foundation in programming and a willingness to learn. They’ll be involved in the full development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 4 Software Developer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
What you will do:
1. The apprentice will be involved with every step of the software lifecycle, from planning and analysis all the way through to deployment and maintenance.
2. Write logical and maintainable code using C# to produce software solutions in line with specifications.
3. Identify and apply appropriate bug fixes.
4. Work on and contribute to testing within the development as well as working with relevant testing frameworks such as unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing.
5. Make connections between code and data by using Visual Studio and Mongo DB compass.
6. Follow best practices to ensure software is not vulnerable to malicious attacks.
Here's what makes this role truly special:
* £16,500 to £20,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm
* 1 hour for lunch
* 28 Days holidays including bank holidays
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Understanding of C# (Examples of work beneficial)
* Passion for Data within the software sector
* Willing to learn
* Great attitude
* A grade 4/C in Maths and English at GCSE is required for this apprenticeship programme.
