We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date. Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs. Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports. Assist with performance management processes and employee training initiatives. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
