About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Practitioner. With Turning Point Scotland, no two days are the same!
You will provide individualised support to each person, engaging them with hobbies and interests to empower individuals to develop skills and independence.

We are a residential service supporting people with mental health issues, physical health, and learning disabilities. As a team, we provide 24/7 support to help individuals live their best lives by:
Where there is a requirement for sleepover shifts, you will receive, on top of your £12.19 ph, an additional £96 for every sleepover shift you work!
Your responsibilities will include:
* Helping to provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.
* Supporting individuals within the community, engaging with their hobbies and interests, empowering them to develop skills and independence, and promoting their overall growth.
* Attending various community groups and accompanying our service users to activities they are passionate about, such as trips to the cinema, morning swims, or local community projects.
* Assisting with personal care, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
* Celebrating achievements and milestones, both big and small, to create a rewarding and positive environment.
