Sales Manager Reporting to:Operations Director Direct reports:- Sales Team of 8 ( B2B New Business Executives and Account Managers) Sales Support Location - ROI Ltd Headquarters, Davy Avenue, Milton Keynes Purpose To lead, manage, and drive the performance of the sales and sales development teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction. The Sales Manager acts as a bridge between ROI senior management, the client Volkswagen Group and the inside sales team, aligning team activities with broader business objectives. Accountable for setting and achieving sales goals, performance standards including quality and all key results, sales coaching and development, and ultimately delighting ROI’s client and their customers with the service provided.
