Working exclusively with KDR Talent Solutions to grow their Chief Data Office and hire a Data Privacy Manager amongst other key roles to bolster their amazing data team Who you will work for The Chief Data Officer is a visionary data leader, with strong pedigree in driving large and complex data initiatives forward and empowering their team to succeed. They report directly into the COO so the team is set up with amazing sponsorship from the top. You’ll join an established team who sit centrally within the organisation, alongside the CTO and CIO and therefore acting as allies across the change portfolio and out into the wider business. The Role This is an opportunity to take this organisations Data Privacy and Protection to the next level You will lead the strategy, definition and design of the privacy control framework. You will need to bring the following to the table: Extensive Data Privacy and Protection controls experience within banking. This means that you’ve previously developed and embedded a risk-based privacy compliance framework You have operated at the 1st line of defence from a Privacy perspective CIPP/E and CIPM are highly desirable Experience and background in delivering privacy and data protection process change Understand the role Data Privacy plays within the wider context of Data Management Understand regulations and be at the forefront of industry change e.g. AI Ethics This role is a great opportunity to have a major impact in a high performing Data Governance, Privacy, & Compliance team.
