Your Role, Your Impact As a Front of House Coordinator, you will create a welcoming environment for both internal and external customers. You'll be the first point of contact, greeting visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued. Your focus will be delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards throughout the day. With your attention to detail, you'll ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure kitchens/kitchenettes are clean, tidy, and stocked, and meeting rooms/desks are cleared after use. Check office equipment (e.g., copiers, TVs, fridges) to ensure it’s in working order. Handle administration tasks like ordering stationery, kitchen stock, business lunches, and raising purchase orders. Support office etiquette and maintain a positive environment with a visible front-of-house presence. Report maintenance defects to the Facilities Manager and assist with facilities-related queries. Manage meeting room calendars, arrange couriers, sort and frank post, and perform ad-hoc duties as requested. Required Skills & Qualifications: Front of House experience in a busy office. Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Manual Handling. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently. Flexible to cover team sickness/holidays. First Aid trained (or willing to be trained).
