Job Description
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
* Maintaining and updating employee records
* Assisting with recruitment processes
* Coordinating staff training and development activities
* Handling HR-related inquiries or requests
* Assisting in payroll preparation
* Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
* Preparing reports and documentation for senior management
The Successful Applicant
* Able to start immediately as HR Administrator
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Discretion and confidentiality pertaining to HR matters
* A flexible approach to work and the ability to work under pressure
