Our client is a global organisation and market leader in their industry. Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a 12-month FTC. Under the FTC you will still be entitled to great benefits!
Role to start from the end of January!
Your Role
* Process orders via emails, calls, and shared inbox
* Deal with returns
* Monitor the complete delivery process
* Send out invoices
* Work closely with internal teams such as account managers
* Keep in-house systems up to date
* General admin
Ideal Candidate
* Strong customer service experience
* Excellent admin skills such as Excel
* Good systems knowledge; SAP would be desirable
* Ability to multitask
* Team player
