Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our busy team in Stockbridge. Working full-time at our Stockbridge offices, this key role provides support to our Pro Agri and Groundcare team and its customers. This is a challenging role that comprises a variety of duties essential to the smooth running of the business.
Duties
1. Taking service calls and assist in distributing workload
2. Updating customers on progress obtaining work authorisation
3. Creating job cards and invoicing jobs in a timely manner
4. Service and parts administration
5. Providing service quotes and upselling aftersales
6. Monitoring work in progress to ensure timely job completion and invoicing
7. Assist with depot operations
8. Help maintaining health and safety records
9. Dealing with warranty administration
Requirements
1. You will be IT literate
2. You will have strong numeracy skills
3. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of excellent communication skills
4. You will have an organised and diligent approach and the ability to work to deadlines
5. Technical experience, or knowledge of construction, agriculture, or groundcare would be advantageous.
6. Full UK driving Licence
