Job Advert Role Description
About You:
1. To succeed in this role, we’re looking for motivated, caring individuals who are passionate about supporting those with mental health needs. As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll need:
2. Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or mental health support is preferred
3. Compassion and Empathy: You should have a genuine interest in helping others and be committed to delivering high-quality care in a mental health setting.
4. Team Player: You’ll be working as part of a close-knit team, so being a good communicator and collaborative team member is key.
5. Flexibility: The ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, is essential.

Please Note: This role will require you to complete an initial 2 week training/induction programme which will consist of full time hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
