Band 7 Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist – Neuro rehabilitation pathway.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our Occupational Therapy services within the Specialist Neuro pathway. This post is part of the Neurorehabilitation Pathway service development for NHS Grampian.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across the pathway including inpatients, outpatients and community home link services to meet service need .
With development of this service, there may be the need for extended working hours, public holiday cover and weekend working. Opportunities for continuous personal development (CPD) are encouraged with regular support, supervision and appraisal and in-service training as well as access to relevant external training. Support and education of students, junior staff and support workers also forms part of this role.
Applicants should have previous neurological rehabilitation experience as a band6 Occupational Therapist, as well as experience working in a variety of settings.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
