What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast items to meet customer expectations and dietary requirements.
Ensure all meals are presented to a high standard, keeping portion control and wastage in mind.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the team during service to ensure smooth operations, stepping in to assist where needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refine breakfast menus.
What you bring:
Proven experience as a chef in a breakfast or similar kitchen role.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on breakfast items, including eggs, pastries, and hot dishes.
Passion for food quality, presentation, and exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive as part of a dynamic team.
