The main duties of this role will include the below: Provide operational support within the care co-ordinator workstreams (listed below) To act in the patients best interests, working to balance the complex demands of the service To conduct patient and staff surveys Provide administrative support for individual workstreams and projects for the PCN. The post holder will be able to effectively prioritise their workload and have experience of exercising initiative and decision making without direct supervision. Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations using a range of office software. To undertake specific assigned tasks, project support, or development / change work which may arise from time to time. To provide support to the PCN senior management team in the running of key systems and procedures. The post-holder will need to become familiar with all national and local quality standards for primary care. The post holder will need to be familiar with the Direct Enhanced Services and key frameworks within this. The successful candidate will undertake general administrative duties
