Our management
As a foundation trust we are a membership organisation accountable to local people, patients, staff, members and governors. We have 12,000 members living in our local communities who can have a say in how we provide our services. Members' views are represented by a Council of Governors who can challenge the Trust Board on their decisions. To find out more about the Trust Board please see Management structure.
We are always seeking to recruit new members - to find out more please see Members and Governors.
How we are regulated
We have more freedom to explore different ways of developing our services, but we are still closely inspected to make sure we meet rigorous NHS standards.
