As the Quality Intern, you will have a strong enthusiasm for quality management and consumer care processes. Main Responsibilities: In the Quality Internship, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are essential for optimising consumer care processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing business preparedness. Your role will involve conducting gap assessments of Consumer Care Centre (CCC) standard templates, Q&A documents, and consumer feedback standards. You will also prepare brand presentations and standardised communication packages for CCC agents at Konecta while ensuring that updated and approved templates are efficiently integrated into Ferrero CARE. A key part of your role will be consumer care data management and business preparedness. You will support the CCC Manager in aligning the Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Crisis Management Policy with regional practices and ensuring consistency with Konecta. Additionally, you will be involved in data mining and analysis across Zendesk and Ferrero CARE platforms to identify opportunities for process improvements in consumer management. Your role will also include supporting the Techsee application success, providing insights for the Consumer Satisfaction Survey process (Ferrero CARE), and overseeing CCC Konecta training, including refresher and new agent training programs. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer care operations, quality management, and regulatory compliance. By the end of the program, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of CCC management, consumer complaint processes, and their interaction with key stakeholders across the UK & IE region. You will also gain insight into data privacy compliance in consumer care, equipping you with essential skills for a career in quality assurance and consumer relations. Who we are looking for: As a Quality Intern, you will have a strong passion for learning and development, particularly in quality management and consumer care. We’re ideally looking for someone who has recently finished or is nearing the completion of a degree-level qualification, though we welcome applications from individuals with equivalent experience or skills in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. An interest in the consumer goods sector, particularly food quality and safety, will be beneficial. Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key.
