* 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
* Salary: £30,295 per annum - £33,944 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
* Additional £3,000 Joining Bonus *

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about utilising their industry skills and expertise to mentor the next generation of industry professionals.
You will be responsible for a caseload of learners - coaching, mentoring and assessing their competencies. You will work alongside employers and your colleagues to support the development of Apprentices skills, knowledge and behaviours to prepare them for End Point Assessment on a one-to-one basis in their workplace.

If you would be new to the world of education, please don't worry as full training would be provided. Previous experience of coaching and mentoring others would be an advantage; however, we provide an in-depth induction and a structured development programme for you to become a qualified trainer/assessor. Strong practical industry experience in Site Carpentry/Carpentry and Joinery is essential, with a supporting qualification at Level 3 or above.

* This will be paid as £1,500 at the end of the first month of employment and £1,500 after six months completed service.
