Internal Sales Executive
Location: Rothwell (Up to 4 days home working, 1 day in the office) WFH
Salary: £27,000 basic, £30,000 OTE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the business (360 sales).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
4. Collaborate with the sales team and participate in one office day per week in Rothwell.
5. Be flexible with working hours for one day each week to accommodate business needs.
Requirements:
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
8. Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
9. Flexibility to work in the office one day per week and adapt to varied working hours for that day.
10. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Benefits:
11. Competitive basic salary up to £27,000 with an OTE of £30,000.

Working Hours:
15. Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00, with flexibility to work a 11:00 – 19:00 shift one day per week (This can be a work from home day).
