Job Advert: Learning and Development Advisor (6-month Contract) Location: Coventry Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Contract Duration: 6 Months Working Hours: 9am 5pm Monday to Friday, Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home About the Role of Learning and Development Advisor : We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning and Development Advisor to join the dynamic HR team within a successful organisation in Coventry, on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership development program while working across multiple departments, including Warehouse, Customer Service, Marketing, and more. Key Responsibilities of the Learning and Development Advisor : Leadership Development: Design and implement a leadership development program that aligns with the businesses strategic goals and fosters growth among leaders at all levels Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify learning and development priorities across various departments Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the training and development needs identified E-Learning Platform Management: Administer and ensure compliance of the companys E-learning platform, ensuring smooth operation and access for all employees Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting line managers in their development and growth Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (Warehouse, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) to ensure training programs meet their unique needs About You: Proven experience in learning and development Strong ability to assess training needs and design relevant programs Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals, especially in a leadership context Familiarity with e-learning platforms and ensuring compliance with training requirements Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence others at all levels.
